Shipping rates are in Australian Dollars
If your order is being shipped within Australia, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. This does not include weekends and public holidays.
If your order is being shipped internationally, please allow between 6-16 business days for your order to arrive. This does not include weekends and public holidays. (If it does not arrive within this time, it may be delayed by customs). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your order hasn't arrived within the time advised.
We have a no return policy unless goods are faulty.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. As all payments go through PayPal, after we have lodged your refund PayPal may take up to 2 weeks to process.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is finalised.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: PO Box 318 Menai NSW Australia 2234.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
